Before: I am a little sore from my football game today.
Number of Push-Ups: 35
After: I don’t feel any different than i did before. I am still a little sore.

After: I don’t feel any different than i did before. I am still a little sore.
Before: I was a little tired becasue I had football practice an hour ago. Also I felt full because I had just finished eating dinner.
Number of Push Ups: I did 35 push-ups.
After: I no longer felt tired because I had started moving again.
Everyday I will do as many push-ups as I can in one set. I will record how I feel before, and after. I will post the results on this blog.
